Colombian Supremo (Portside Java)

I bought three (3) pounds of green beans from Portside Java a while back. I recently got around to roasting some of it. The Colombian beans have been the easiest to roast to produce a crisp, nutty cup of coffee.

I did all three batches using the roast profile below.  The first crack was modest, which makes me believe the profile may not be optimal. After waiting five days I brewed some and the body was weak. It was good but the middle of the drink was mild which was disappointing as Colombian beans are usually very easy to roast. I have some more of these beans left so I will continue to experiment.
